Xmas Rock n’ Roll

I’ve been working with my Bamboo tablet lately, doodling and practicing my hand on creating fine strokes. And here’s what I’ve got, a gig poster for this month of December. Well, I’m thankful that I’ve got this opportunity to create again, it’s not a big project but I’m just thankful *grin*.

This is my first time creating a human figure with singing/growling pose, I’ve used a reference though, using Randy Blythe of Lamb of God (image). Too many weaknesses I’ve encountered when I’m creating this, the strokes, shadows, clothing and the creation of the other parts of the body. Gah! I Need more practice! :|

About the gig, it will be this coming December 23, 2010 at the Bolos Bar, Catarman N. Samar. Will start at exactly 7:30 pm. If you live near that place, better check the gig. I haven’t watched their gig since from the start I’ve been creating their poster though, but I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.
